We are currently seeking Cooks in all stations in the kitchenMajor responsibilities include:Prepare lunch and/or dinnersFollow all recipes and cooking proceduresBe able to work in a fast pace kitchen and put out quality foodAble to work well with other fellow employeesCoordinate food service with other departments as necessaryAssist with the purchase and inventory of the food supply if neededFollow all sanitation guidelines to avoid any foodborne illnessesBecome familiar with any new menu items/dishesRequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalentGraduate of a culinary institute, military school or formal on-the-job training preferredMinimum of 1 year of food preparation experience requiredExperience with quantity food preparation preferredDemonstrate cooking skills and ability to follow established menus and recipesKnowledge of proper nutritional requirementsMust have a Food Service Sanitation CertificateABle to work weekends and special holidays#J-18808-Ljbffr
