Summary
At Platzi Business, we are looking for a hunter-first Fullstack Seller to win new Mid Market companies across Latin America. You will own the full sales cycle, from building your own pipeline to closing the deal, and you will keep ownership of the accounts you win through their first renewal and early expansion.
This role is built for a seller who loves opening new doors: most of your time goes to acquiring new logos, and the rest to making sure every client you close renews and grows.

Description
As a Fullstack Seller (Mid Market), you are measured on new business. You build your own pipeline, run consultative sales cycles with HR, L&D; and technology leaders, and close multi-seat Platzi Business contracts. Once a client signs, you stay close to secure adoption, the first renewal and the first expansion before the account matures into long-term account management.
New Business Acquisition (70% of time)
• Generate and manage your own pipeline of Mid Market prospects through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, referrals, events and account mapping.
• Run the full sales cycle for new logos: discovery, needs qualification, tailored proposal, negotiation and closing.
