About the Role

We're looking for a talented Mobilisation Senior Lead who expects more from their career.



This is an opportunity to play a critical role in deploying one of dunnhumby's leading Loyalty and Personalisation platforms across global retail clients.

Working within the Loyalty & CRM organisation, you'll partner with Product, Engineering, client stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful platform implementation, adoption and ongoing optimisation. You'll bring together business priorities, technical requirements and delivery timelines to create a seamless client experience while driving executional excellence throughout the mobilisation process.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll lead complex client deployments from mobilisation through to successful launch, acting as a trusted partner for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
