About the Role
This is a newly created position within the Accounting team in Bogotá, designed to provide direct support to Nu Skin's accounting operations in the United States. The person in this role will serve as a key liaison between the local team and Corporate, handling bank reconciliations, unclaimed property reporting, and payment validation. Professional-level English and Spanish are required, as daily interaction with US-based teams is expected.

What You'll Do
• Download and review bank statements, comparing transactions against the company's accounting records
• Identify and analyze differences between bank and book balances (pending items, deposits in transit, outstanding checks, bank charges)
• Record adjusting journal entries and prepare reconciliations with supporting documentation
• Follow up on unresolved reconciling items and validate that reconciled balances match the General Ledger at period close
• Identify and analyze pending payments, checks, credits,



and refunds meeting unclaimed property criteria
• Locate and contact fund owners; prepare and distribute Due Diligence letters
• Prepare and submit unclaimed property reports to state authorities within established deadlines
• Review daily unprocessed or rejected vendor payments, providing timely notification to vendors and relevant departments
• Prepare BlackLine tasks with supporting documentation and balance sheet account reconciliations

What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in accounting, bank reconciliations, or accounts payable
• Professional-level English and Spanish (daily communication with US-based teams)
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (debits, credits, G/L account structures)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet closing deadlines
• Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
