Who are you?
You are plugged into the Ruby on Rails community and have fun dabbling in front-end technologies like Svelte too. Whether you’re sitting in the driver's seat leading a project from the technical conception to completion, mentoring developers, working with stakeholders,

or supporting another technical lead - you’re equally at home, comfortable, and committed to the outcomes of the team. You adapt your communication to different audiences and ensure shared understanding when mentoring.. You are technically verbose, using tactically placed pauses or questions to check comprehension during mentoring, ensuring everyone is forming the same understanding. In technical review meetings, you are clear, accurate, concise, but not overconfident in your answers. Engaging with stakeholders, You can summarize key technical points clearly and effectively for stakeholders.
