This role focuses on leading training and change management initiatives that support Pricing & Contracting transformation programs. The Senior Training Education Specialist partners closely with product owners, subject matter experts,



and business leaders to design and deliver effective learning strategies that help employees adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working. Acting as a strategic training lead, this professional manages multiple initiatives, develops impactful learning solutions, facilitates training sessions, measures adoption success, and drives continuous improvement to ensure a smooth transition and sustained business performance.
