Senior Analytics Engineer – Data Architecture & Governance

Simpro is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to build and maintain the data architecture that supports business decisions across our integral SaaS organization. This is a hands-on senior individual contributor role focused on data modeling, governance, and business intelligence, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Product.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain scalable data models using Google BigQuery, dbt, and SQL.
• Standardize SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, churn, retention, and revenue growth.
• Build reliable data pipelines and ensure data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Translate business requirements into trusted, scalable data solutions.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize data workflows.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Modeling,



or Data Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with BigQuery, advanced SQL, and dbt.
• Experience with ELT pipelines and tools such as Fivetran.
• Knowledge of SaaS business models, recurring revenue metrics, and B2B sales processes.
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
