Sales Team Lead
Location: Bogotá – On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. The adecuado candidate has a strong background in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can coach a team while also bringing strong personal sales experience and expertise in prospecting and closing.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
• Drive outbound sales activities with a strong focus on cold calling and prospecting.
• Set and monitor individual and team sales goals and KPIs.
• Coach team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Review sales pipelines and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects.
• Help develop and improve sales scripts, processes, and outreach strategies.




• Provide regular feedback and performance updates to management.
• Support representatives with challenging calls and opportunities when needed.
• Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and revenue.

Requirements
• 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or high-volume cold calling environments.
• Previous experience leading, supervising, or coaching a sales team.
• Strong hands-on experience with cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience working with CRM and sales tracking tools.
• Results-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bogotá, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
