About the role
We are looking for a full-time Community Manager who will become the primary day-to-day owner of Somia’s social engagement, social selling, and lead conversion across three core social accounts.

A major part of this role is turning social engagement into qualified leads and sales. You will be responsible for making sure DMs, comments, Story replies, questions and buying signals are handled promptly and consistently, and that interested people are actively moved toward the appropriate Somia offer rather than being left in conversation without a clear next step.

This role sits at the point where community, content and sales meet. You should be someone who naturally notices sales opportunities, is comfortable asking questions and recommending an offer when there is a fit, and follows up rather than allowing promising conversations to disappear.

Our audience includes people dealing with chronic symptoms, pain and illness, so empathy and judgment are essential. We are looking for someone who can build genuine trust while also being confident about selling when Somia can help.





You will also design and create polished social media assets and support day-to-day social execution. We are looking for someone with strong design ability as well as the communication and marketing judgment to manage real conversations leading to conversion where appropriate.

Own the social sales pipeline
• Own day-to-day DMs, comments and audience conversations across Somia’s three core social accounts.
• Keep the accounts actively managed by responding to genuine questions
