We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Recruiter to attract, assess, and hire talent for Caregiver and Healthcare Staff positions.
This role combines high-volume recruiting, candidate engagement, and end-to-end hiring coordination. The idóneo candidate enjoys interacting with people, working with metrics, and building strong relationships with candidates throughout long-term hiring processes.
? What You'll Do:
• Source talent through job boards, databases, and other digital platforms.
• Apply screening criteria and assessments based on each position's requirements.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Conduct recorded video interviews.
• Present job opportunities clearly and professionally.
• Track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout extended hiring cycles.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy across all recruitment activities.
• Answer questions and keep participants engaged throughout presentations.
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience.
• C1 English proficiency.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment environments.
• Ability to keep candidates engaged throughout lengthy hiring processes.
• Experience conducting interviews and candidate evaluations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Healthcare Recruiting.
• Experience recruiting Caregivers, CNAs, or healthcare professionals.
• Experience working in staffing agencies or recruitment firms.
• Experience facilitating webinars or delivering group presentations.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
