Role Description
This is a full-time remote Customer Service and Sales Representative role. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound customer inquiries, provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues, and ensure an exceptional customer experience, as well as closing deals and orders. Daily activities include managing customer support requests, addressing customer satisfaction concerns,



and maintaining clear communication. This role requires a proactive approach to resolving challenges and improving the overall customer experience.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven skills in Customer Service and Sales.
• English Level C1+
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and ensuring exceptional Customer Experience
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
• Previous experience in the cable and wire industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
