The marketing leadership seat is yours. You won't do it alone: you'll have a full-time marketing professional supporting you, the company's IT & innovation team behind you on AI and automation, and a budget with full autonomy to bring in contractors or agencies to hit your goals. Your mandate is simple to say and hard to do: turn our expertise into qualified pipeline. We're looking for a super doer, someone high-energy, dynamic, and hands-on who is both the strategist and the executor, with a direct line to leadership, an AI-forward toolkit, and a deep bench of engineers whose knowledge you can turn into demand.

What You'll Own and How Success Is Measured
• 1. Lead generation & pipeline (about 50% of your time). Build and run integrated demand generation: ABM for a named target account list built with sales, LinkedIn and email outreach programs, newsletters and nurture sequences,



and full ownership of the website (updates, SEO, and conversion optimization). You own the marketing-sourced pipeline number, with a target of [20-30]% of new pipeline within 12 months, with [X] qualified opportunities per quarter agreed with sales. You report weekly on the full funnel, from MQL to SQL to opportunity to revenue.
• 2. Digital content engine (about 30%). Position MAS as a thought leader in AI-first digital engineering. Turn our technical depth into content that midsize and enterprise buyers trust: case studies with real numbers, executive POVs, webinars, and a consistent LinkedIn cadence for our leaders and engineers. Build and grow MAS's communities and LinkedIn networks through authentic thought-leadership content. Baseline cadence: [2] case studies per quarter, [1] webinar per month, LinkedIn presence weekly.
