Role: Billing Clerk
Work Arrangement: Work from Office
Location: Colombia
Schedule: Morning Shift

Job description:
The successful candidate will be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a keen ability to meet and adhere to deadlines. The candidate should be a team player with a positive, professional attitude, and have strong follow-up skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communications. This position reports directly to the firms CFO.

Responsibilities to include:
• Client billing - Reviews and edits prebills in accordance with attorney requests
• Posting of prebills and statements




• Ability to handle a high volume of bills per month
• Create billing schedules with follow-up on same
• Creates and prints final client billing
• Posting of client costs
• Transferring of time between matters
• Accounts payable - immediate posting of payables (firm and client charges)
• Assists the CFO in all accounting functions as needed
• Assist with time entry
• Process monthly attorney reimbursements

Qualifications and requirements:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing software (preferably legal)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have strong organizational skills
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
