About The Role

We are hiring an AI First Account Manager to own the client relationship and keep a complex social media operation joined up. You'll connect client priorities with the people and processes that deliver them.

You combine warmth and confidence with a strong systems mindset. You understand the client's goals, teams, and competing priorities. Clients enjoy working with you because you ask useful questions, give clear advice, and follow through.

You'll oversee work across social planning, publishing, community management, and reporting, working closely with the specialists delivering those services. You'll also actively develop better ways of working: understanding the problem, shaping the approach, writing clear briefs, testing changes, and helping teams adopt them.
