We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service & Sales Representative for a full-time remote position.
This role combines customer service and sales responsibilities and requires daily phone communication with customers, including both inbound and outbound calls. The representative will assist customers with inquiries, order-related questions, quotes, and service concerns while also following up on sales opportunities and working to convert quotes and leads into orders.
The adecuado candidate is comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, taking ownership of customer needs, following up consistently, and actively contributing to sales growth while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and confidently.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, quotes, orders, and general account needs.
• Manage sales inquiries and quote requests from initial contact through closing.
• Conduct outbound follow-up calls on open quotes, leads, and sales opportunities.




• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing customers to drive conversions.
• Close sales and convert qualified opportunities into orders.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
• Address customer concerns and provide timely, effective resolutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, quotes, and orders.
• Communicate professionally through phone and email.
• Coordinate with internal departments when additional information or order updates are required.
• Meet established customer service, sales, follow-up, and performance expectations.
• Maintain a professional, quiet, and distraction-free environment while handling customer calls remotely.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of proven Customer Service and Sales experience.
• English proficiency C1+ required, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
