At Oolloo Education, we guide Latin American students through their pathway into international education. We are a boutique, ICEF-accredited team with presence in Colombia and Australia, known for the care and rigor we bring to every case.

We are growing our team and looking for someone who can walk alongside our students through the whole journey: from preparing their application and visa, to arriving, settling in and thriving abroad.

Position: Student Journey Coordinator

Full-time · Remote from Colombia (Medellín/Manizales preferred)

What you'll do

Student Services (core of the role)

— Provide personalised follow-up to students from enrolment through arrival and during their studies abroad.

— Offer practical and emotional support at critical moments and escalate cases with good judgment.

— Run pre-departure preparation: accommodation, health insurance (OSHC), arrival logistics and orientation.

— Keep case records up to date in our CRM and support tools, including AI-powered assistants.

— Act as a liaison with institutions' student support teams when a student needs it.

Supporting the admissions & visa process

— Support our team in preparing applications to institutions (English schools, VET, higher education) and tracking offers and confirmations of enrolment.

— Help students gather and organise their student visa documentation, mainly for Australia (Subclass 500) and also for Europe and other destinations.





— Review files carefully for completeness before they move forward.

— Provide backup during peak periods and absences.

What we need from you

✅ Working knowledge of admissions and student visa processes (Australia preferred). You'll support our team across these stages, so you need to understand how they work.

✅ Upper-intermediate English (B2 or higher), written and spoken. You will write daily to institutions abroad.

✅ Meticulous attention to detail. When it comes to documents, one missing page matters.

✅ High emotional intelligence and a genuine commitment to student wellbeing.

✅ Comfort with digital tools and a willingness to work with AI (Claude, automations, CRM).

Nice to have

— First-hand experience living or studying abroad.

— Experience at an education agency or institution.

— Knowledge of the Australian education system and/or European student visas.

— Former Oolloo student.
