The Role:

We’re seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong drive for results and a passion for helping people take the first step toward better health.

This is a dedicated prospecting and appointment-setting role responsible for engaging every inbound lead through phone, email, text, and the website's Intaker live chat, while also conducting proactive outbound prospecting to maintain a full and qualified pipeline for the Sales Closer.

Unlike a general front-desk role, the SDR's primary responsibility is to have value-based conversations with prospects, understand their goals, position the appropriate starting point among the company's services, and book qualified prospects onto the Sales Closer's calendar through Calendly.

The SDR does not close the sale personally. Success is measured by the volume and quality of qualified appointments generated each week.

The SDR must be knowledgeable about all Sports Performance services and confidently guide prospects toward the appropriate starting option. However, the SDR must remain within scope at all times and must not diagnose, provide medical advice, make medical claims, or guarantee outcomes. Clinical judgment remains with the providers.

Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – Monday–Thursday: 9:15 AM–6:15 PM PST - Friday: 8:15 AM–5:15 PM PST

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administrative, Commercial, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior sales, appointment-setting, or outbound calling experience is strongly preferred.
- Skills:

- Comfortable conducting 15–25-minute phone conversations with prospective clients.
- Strong objection-handling skills.
- Persuasive and empathetic communication.
- Strong verbal and written English communication.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume, active lead pipeline.
- Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, CRM tools such as ActiveCampaign.
- Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, scheduling tools such as Calendly.
- Proficiency with, or ability to quickly learn, phone and dialer tools such as Aircall.
- Proficiency with,

or ability to quickly learn, live chat and dashboard tools such as Intaker.

- Characteristics:

- Social and comfortable with high-volume phone conversations.
- Analytical.
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection.
- Persistent and consistent with follow-up.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Able to work independently without close supervision.
- Coachable and open to feedback.
- Committed to ongoing sales training and professional development.
- Warm and empathetic.
- Passionate about helping people.
- Able to collaborate closely with the Sales Closer and Client Care team.
- Aligned with an education-based, "educate, don't sell" philosophy.

Responsibilities:

- Own the Lead > Prospect > Contact stages of the Client Success Journey and hand off fully warmed and scheduled prospects to the Sales Closer once they reach the Contact stage.
- Respond promptly to all inbound prospect inquiries by phone, email, and text and guide prospects toward booking a Discovery or Initial Visit.
- Own the Intaker sales dashboard and website live chat, including monitoring new chats, responding promptly, and ensuring every chat lead is captured and followed up on.
- Conduct outbound calls to previously unconverted leads and prospects to move them toward a booked appointment.
- Use Sports Performance's education-based selling approach, including Summarize-Challenge-Inform and Summary-Bridge-Pull follow-up emails, to build trust before booking.
- Ask effective discovery questions to identify each prospect's goals, including pain relief, performance, recovery, or wellness, and recommend the appropriate starting service based on approved guidelines.
- Stay within scope at all times by educating prospects and selling service options without diagnosing, making medical claims, guaranteeing outcomes, or providing medical advice.
- Confidently and professionally handle objections related to price, insurance, and scheduling.
- Schedule qualified prospects through Calendly, ensuring the Sales Closer's calendar is consistently and accurately filled.
- Provide the Sales Closer with clear context and notes about each prospect before the scheduled appointment.
- Perform daily ActiveCampaign list management, including tagging, segmenting, and updating lead status so the pipeline remains current.
- Maintain prompt and accurate records of all leads, calls, and outcomes in the CRM.
- Track daily activity, including calls made, conversations completed,

and appointments booked, with the same discipline applied to weekly and monthly targets.
- Follow up persistently with leads who do not convert on the first contact. The fortune is in the follow-up.
- Coordinate with Client Care Specialists on lead handoff and scheduling logistics.
- Track and report weekly booking metrics and pipeline status to the Operations Manager.
- Attend a mandatory weekly meeting and a mandatory monthly meeting with the Sales Lead and/or Operations Manager.
- Take initiative in identifying trends in prospect questions and objections and share insights that may improve sales scripts and marketing.

Performance Expectations / Scorecard The SDR is expected to:

- Book 10–12 qualified Calendly appointments per week for the Sales Closer.
- Generate approximately 40–50 qualified appointments per month.
- Respond to inbound leads from phone, email, text, and Intaker website live chat within 5 minutes.
- Complete 500 outbound dials per week through Aircall across fresh leads and previously unconverted prospects.
- Maintain a 90% show/confirm rate on booked Calendly appointments.
- Re-engage and convert at least 2 previously unconverted leads or prospects into booked appointments per week.
- Maintain accurate CRM records for 100% of leads and outcomes in ActiveCampaign.

Ramp-Up Targets

- Month 1: 300 dials/week – 60 dials/day
- Month 2: 400 dials/week – 80 dials/day
- Month 3: 500 dials/week – 100 dials/day

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means:

- The Sales Closer's calendar is consistently filled with 10–12 qualified appointments each week.
- Inbound leads never wait unnecessarily; prospects hear from the SDR within minutes, not hours.
- Outbound activity occurs consistently every day, regardless of how well the week is progressing.
- No lead goes cold without a genuine attempt to re-engage them.
- The CRM accurately reflects the status of every lead so anyone on the team can understand exactly where things stand.
- Prospects arrive at their appointments informed, warmed up, and prepared to speak with the Sales Closer rather than feeling like they are meeting Sports Performance for the first time.

What We Will Do For You

- Provide a structured onboarding and training program focused on education-based selling.
- Provide ongoing coaching, call reviews, and sales training in client acquisition.
- Establish clear weekly targets with regular and transparent performance feedback.
- Provide a supportive, team-driven environment working alongside a Sales Closer and Client Care team.
- Provide flat-rate compensation as established with the third-party Employer of Record.
- Provide opportunities for growth within the sales team, including a potential path toward a Sales Closer role.
