POSITION OVERVIEW
Our Transaction Coordinators provide key support to our Real Estate agent clientele by proactively managing real estate transactions from contract to close. This role is essential to ensuring that all transactions close in an efficient manner and in compliance with deadlines, documentation requirements, and other applicable regulations. The Transaction Coordinator will work directly with title companies, lenders, other agents, and clients on behalf of our clientele, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the entire process.
Our Transaction Coordinators work full-time and exclusively for one client. Our clientele are all US-based real estate agents and brokerages. We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated, and adaptable professionals to join our growing team. You must have experience in this area to be considered. The adecuado candidate is a passionate, highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented problem solver and possesses excellent communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage real estate transactions from contract to close
• Define and ensure all deadlines and obligations are met according to the underlying contract
• Obtain digital signatures from parties as necessary
• Maintain clear, consistent communication with all parties involved in every transaction
• Organize, review, and track all transaction documents for accuracy and compliance
• Schedule and coordinate vendors for inspections, appraisals, and closings
• Monitor contingencies and required documentation
• Maintain records, documents, and all transaction communications in defined software
• Manage calendars and schedule appointments
• Manage email boxes in a timely and professional manner
• Organize digital files and ensure secure storage of confidential documents
• Prepare reports and follow-up documentation as requested by clientele
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent in English, written and verbal (C1 level or higher), with excellent communication skills.
