Team Overview

You’ll be joining the Strategy – Key Accounts (KA) Team at DiDi Food Mexico City (CDMX) — a mission-driven group focused on transforming how we leverage data to drive smart, scalable decisions across core business functions. Our team partners with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Operations, BI, and Tech) to unlock insights that accelerate growth and operational excellence.



In this role you will be the primary data engineering contributor, ensuring our systems are reliable, connected, and ready to power strategic and analytical needs.

As the Strategy Manager in the team you will define both the short and long term direction of the KA Team by analyzing market trends, identifiying growth opportunities and mitigating risks. You will be the bridge between executive leadership and the operational teams. The Strategy Manager is the right hand of the Sr. Commercial Directors of the differnet countries where we operate. This role will be leading high-priority, cross-functional projects, managing strategic planning processes, and providing evidence-based recommendations to drive competitive advantage.
