TeamHub is a BPO company that helps Retail and Ecommerce businesses scale through omnichannel customer experience and staff augmentation. We're looking for a Procurement Specialist to support one of our US based clients.

About the Role

You will manage sourcing and purchasing activities for a US Retail and Ecommerce operation, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure products and services are acquired on time, at the right cost, and with the right quality.

Responsibilities

- Source, evaluate and onboard suppliers and vendors in the US market
- Manage purchase orders from request through delivery
- Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to drive cost savings
- Monitor supplier performance, lead times and quality standards
- Coordinate with inventory, operations and finance teams to align purchasing with demand
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reporting




- Identify risks in the supply chain and propose alternatives

Requirements

- 3+ years of procurement experience in the US market
- Proven background with Retail and Ecommerce companies
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Experience with ERP or procurement tools (NetSuite, SAP, Coupa or similar)
- Advanced English, written and spoken
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Based in LATAM, with availability to work US business hours

Nice to Have

- Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon or Shopify based businesses
- Knowledge of import processes, logistics or inventory planning

Contract Details

- Independent contractor agreement
- 100% remote
- Start date: as soon as possible
