We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Operations team at FARMASI in Colombia.

Position Purpose

Coordinate and execute the end-to-end Operations and Supply Chain activities in Colombia, ensuring efficient product flow, regulatory compliance, inventory accuracy and timely distribution to customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate imports, exports, customs clearance and international freight
- Manage day-to-day interaction with customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers and 3PL providers
- Ensure proper foreign trade and customs documentation
- Coordinate warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch
- Ensure accurate inventory management, cycle counts, stock rotation and discrepancy control
- Coordinate domestic transportation, distribution and last-mile delivery
- Follow up on orders from warehouse release through final customer delivery




- Manage operational incidents, returns, claims and delivery exceptions
- Monitor OTIF, Fill Rate, Inventory Accuracy, DOH, Order Cycle Time and Logistics Cost
- Support cost optimization, service-level improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- Prepare operational reports and maintain visibility of inventory, logistics costs and service levels
- Ensure compliance with applicable Colombian customs, foreign trade and operational requirements

Requirements

- 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain or International Trade
- Hands-on experience in Imports/Exports, Customs, Warehousing, Inventory, Distribution and Last Mile
- Knowledge of Colombian customs and foreign trade processes
- Experience managing 3PLs, customs brokers, freight forwarders and carriers
- Experience in FMCG / Consumer Goods preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ERP/WMS and Excel
- English: Intermediate–Advanced preferred
