Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented FTL & LTL Account Specialist with at least 12 months of experience in LTL/FTL logistics to manage the day-to-day operations of a dedicated customer account.

The role combines transportation operations, customer service, carrier management, and Track & Trace. The adecuado candidate is a strong communicator, organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple shipments and priorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily FTL and LTL operations for dedicated customer accounts.
- Serve as a point of contact for customers and carriers, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate shipments from order through final delivery.
- Route and manage FTL, LTL, and other transportation shipments.
- Prepare BOLs, labels, load tenders, and other required documentation.
- Track and trace shipments through carrier websites and internal systems.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively identify and resolve delays or exceptions.
- Manage incoming calls, emails,



and shipping requests.
- Follow up on customer and carrier issues through resolution.
- Provide after-hours support when required.
- Maintain accurate shipment information and documentation in the TMS.

Requirements

- Minimum 12 months of experience in LTL/FTL logistics, transportation, or freight.
- Experience with FTL and LTL shipment operations.
- Track & Trace experience.
- Strong customer and carrier communication skills.
- Excellent phone and email communication.
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to provide after-hours support when required.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows.
- Experience with a TMS platform.
- English level: B2–C1.
