Compensation:

USD 1.5K - 3K/month

+ Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)

- You have +2 years experience in Personal injury law.
- You are proficient in Legal intake.
- English - Fully fluent

Responsibilities and more:

We are looking for someone to join our legal intake team in Bogotá, focused on personal injury cases. In this role, you will talk directly with our clients, help them qualify their case, collect the information we need, and make sure we meet their needs.

Ideally,



you have more than 2 years of experience in personal injury legal intake and a good command of English. We also consider paralegals, case managers, and recent law graduates with related experience. Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls, forms and chats from potential clients
- Gather case details: incident, dates, injuries, insurance, documents
- Qualify leads based on the firm's case criteria
- Log every case in the CRM or case management system
- Schedule consultations and hand off qualified cases to attorneys
- Follow up with leads who haven't signed
