Purchasing Intern Responsibilities

- Answer calls from clients and suppliers.
- Track shipped products.
- Generate documentation.
- Support the shipping and delivery process to final destinations.
- Process orders according to procurement scheduling and procedures.
- Assist with inventory tasks.
- Identify and source suppliers.
- Participate in preparing department documents for potential audits.
