We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Advisor focused on providing exceptional customer service experience through multi channels (phone, chat, email). The adecuado candidate will possess excellent active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to manage customer interactions effectively. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, is technically inclined, and has a passion for the gaming industry.

What you’ll be doing:

Provide top-notch customer service to platform users, assisting with various inquiries and issues related to their accounts.

Answer incoming interactions (Chat, phone, email) from customers in the U.S.

Address subscription-related concerns, including cancellations, changes, and any subscription issues, refunds.

Demonstrate a deep understanding of services and products, staying up to date with new features and updates.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:

B2 English level.

Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.

Proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.

Schedules

TRN: Tuesday to Saturday from 13:00 to 22:00 - 4 Weeks.

OPS: 11:00 – 20:30 | 2 days off on week (fixed)

Salary Training: COP $ 1,763.809

Salary Ops: COP $ 2,204,762
