Role and Company Overview:

We're hiring an SEO & AI Visibility Manager for a US-based law firm that specializes in injury law. This is an in-house seat — you work directly with firm leadership, not through an agency layer. You own organic search across two branded sites in both English and Spanish, with a clear mandate to build visibility across traditional search and AI platforms. You are measured on leads and signed cases, not just traffic.

Responsibilities:

- Build and execute keyword strategies across two brands, tracked separately in English and Spanish
- Structure content for citation and build entity and authority signals across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini
- Write and publish service pages, practice area pages, and articles in both English and Spanish — hands-on production, not briefing others
- Pitch attorneys and content to local, legal, and Spanish-language media; secure guest articles and expert commentary with live backlinks
- Manage on-page and technical SEO: internal linking, Core Web Vitals, schema, and hreflang
- Manage Google Business Profile and Search Console including reviews, categories, posts, and citation consistency
- Build and present a weekly scorecard in GA4 and Search Console tying rankings, AI citations, and placements through to leads and signed cases




- Maintain a live task tracker covering every page, article, pitch, and fix — visible to leadership at all times

Requirements:

- 4+ years of hands-on local SEO: service + city targeting, local pack, Google Business Profile, citation consistency
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish — written and spoken — at a level that supports publishing content and pitching journalists in both languages
- Current, practical knowledge of AI search visibility with demonstrated ability to structure content for citation and track brand appearance across AI platforms
- 2–3 websites built or grown with before-and-after ranking or traffic data
- 3–5 PR placements or guest articles personally secured with live URLs and backlinks
- Proven ability to tie SEO results to leads and signed cases — live dashboards or reports required
- Comfortable working alongside a WordPress developer and a paid media team

Nice-to-Haves:

- Verifiable examples of content cited on an AI platform — query, citation, and timeline
- Law firm or professional services experience
- Experience managing SEO across two languages or two brands simultaneously, including hreflang
- Existing relationships with legal, local, or Spanish-language media
