Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Finance team. This role is idóneo for someone detail-oriented who enjoys managing invoicing, collections, and client accounts in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

- Manage the billing process from invoicing through collections.
- Monitor accounts receivable and aging reports.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
- Assist with cash applications and account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate client and financial records.

What We're Looking For
- 0-2 years of Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Accounting experience.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Bullhorn, Sage Intacct, Oracle, or similar).
- Basic Excel skills (formulas and data management).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Advanced English (b2-C1).
