Job Overview
We are a dynamic and fast-paced company dedicated to delivering top-tier services to our clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Resident Services Coordinator to support our team and contribute to the smooth running of our operations. This remote position offers a chance to work in a growing industry with a collaborative and supportive team.

Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to different departments.
- Handle communication with clients and team members via email, chat, or phone.
- Schedule and manage appointments, bookings, and staff shifts.
- Maintain schedules and manage daily tasks for the staff.
- Assist with reporting and maintaining department records.
- Handle data entry, filing,



and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Comfortable using SalesMSg, Airtable, and other relevant software tools
- The candidate must have his own computer, a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Schedule Details:

- Friday-Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Wednesday-Thursday: Off
- Additional hours as needed.
- Schedule may be adjusted based on company needs.

Compensation:

- Monthly salary of $800–$900 USD, depending on experience.
