Schedule: Full-time, available within California business hours 6:00am – 8:00pm.

We are seeking highly fluent Spanish-English Bilingual Intake Virtual Assistants to join our Personal Injury law firm and serve as an important first point of contact for prospective clients.

The idóneo candidate is an excellent communicator who is comfortable speaking and writing in both Spanish and English, can build rapport quickly, and is confident handling sensitive conversations with individuals who may have been injured in an accident.

This is a phone-heavy position, so clear communication, professionalism, active listening, and a strong internet connection are essential.

Responsibilities:

- Initiate phone calls to prospective Spanish and English-speaking clients.
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather detailed information about potential personal injury cases.
- Build rapport with prospective clients while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Ask appropriate questions regarding accidents, injuries, treatment, insurance, and other relevant case information.
- Accurately document client information and intake notes in the firm's case management/CRM system.
- Follow established intake procedures and scripts while maintaining a natural conversational style.
- Follow up with prospective clients when necessary.
- Protect confidential and sensitive client information.
- Work closely with the firm's intake and legal teams.

Qualifications:

- Fluent Spanish and English communication skills is required.
- Excellent Spanish and English writing, grammar, and comprehension skills.
- Previous experience in legal intake, personal injury, customer service, call center, sales, or a similar phone-based role.
- Strong listening, questioning,



and conversational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask while speaking with clients and documenting information.
- Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Experience using CRM, case management, and communication software.

Internet & Equipment Requirements:

Because this is a phone-intensive remote position, reliable technology is a non-negotiable requirement.

Candidates must have:

- High-speed, stable internet – wired/ethernet connection preferred.
- Reliable connection suitable for continuous VoIP calls and video conferencing.
- A quiet, professional home office environment.
- Reliable computer capable of running multiple browser tabs and business applications.
- Quality headset with microphone.
- Backup internet and power solution strongly preferred.

Candidates may be required to provide an internet speed test during the hiring process.
