About the role, Nieto Engineering Inc is hiring a driven Marketing & Lead-Gen Assistant to run our social media, create content, and convert the leads flowing into our new private money lending business — serving both Real Estate investors and Business / Commercial Funding clients. This is a 100% commission role (1099) — there is no base salary. You earn a percentage of the business you generate, with no cap.

We're rolling out lead-generation funnels across all our landing pages (Nieto Engineering Inc and our sister company, FNNP Investments LLC ), so inbound lead volume is ramping fast. Your job: create the content that drives those funnels, work the leads they produce, and get paid on the business you help generate. Fully remote, flexible hours, US-based.

What you'll do

- Run our social media across all major platforms — create, schedule, and post
- Produce marketing content: short commercials, video, audio, and brochures (AI content-tool experience a big plus)
- Feed and amplify our lead-gen funnels with campaigns and content
- Follow up with inbound leads from our funnels and make outreach calls
- Answer the sales line and help move borrowers/clients toward funded deals
- Run campaigns across Real Estate lending and Business / Commercial Funding

Qualifications

- Social media experience — content that performs
- Comfort with AI-assisted content creation (video, audio, graphics)
- Strong, professional written and verbal communication
- Self-starter who works independently
- Sales or lead-follow-up experience (a plus)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (a big plus)
- Reliable internet, own computer, content tools

Compensation — 100% commission, you're paid on the business you generate

- No base salary. 100% commission, 1099 contractor.
- Uncapped commission: a percentage of revenue on funded deals you source or influence, plus bounties for qualified leads and booked appointments
- Inbound funnel leads give you real pipeline to convert from day one
