Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records. The adecuado candidate will have strong experience with QuickBooks Online, full-cycle bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and financial reporting.

This role is essential in supporting financial accuracy, month-end processes, tax preparation, and overall business operations.

Shift: M-F 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM PST

Required QualificationsExperience

- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping.
- Experience managing both AP and AR functions.
- Experience performing bank and credit card reconciliations.

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (required).
- QuickBooks Desktop experience is a plus.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports.
- Understanding of U.S. accounting practices and transaction categorization.
