As a KC Finance – GL & Reporting Specialist, you will support the daily reconciliation and analysis of financial information, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of income and expense records across bank accounts and internal systems.

How you create impact

- Perform analysis of bank accounts and financial transactions.
- Follow up on and validate daily bank reconciliations.
- Review and analyze balances between financial institutions and internal systems.
- Validate the correct daily matching and reconciliation of financial income and expenses.
- Analyze rejected payments related to Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Validate income related to Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and ensure appropriate follow-up until resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with internal customers and teams involved in financial processes.
- Support the accuracy and consistency of financial information and reporting.

What we would like you to bring

- Professional degree or currently studying the last semesters of Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.
- Experience or strong interest in financial processes and bank reconciliations.




- Intermediate Excel skills.
- Analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Good organization and follow-up skills.
- Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with internal customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and handle financial information.
- Proactive and committed approach to daily responsibilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and participate actively in meetings and interactions with internal stakeholders.
- English level: B1–B2.
