We’re Hiring: Marketing & Content Specialist

Location: Fully Remote | Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Mountain Time

About the Role

Our client is a long-established, family-owned mortgage company known for transparency, exceptional client experience, and a strong reputation in the market. They are now building a more modern and effective marketing engine focused on social media, content, past-client relationships, and education.

They’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Content Specialist who can combine creativity with execution — someone who can create compelling content, edit short-form videos, research what is working in the market, and bring new ideas to the team without needing constant direction.

What You’ll Do

- Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms, with a strong focus on short-form video..
- Research trending mortgage, real estate, and business content and adapt strong ideas into original, brand-aligned content..
- Develop graphic and video assets including social content, flyers, postcards, mailers, newsletters, and promotional materials..
- Build email, SMS, drip, lifecycle, webinar, and lead-generation campaigns..
- Support paid advertising, funnels, webinars, past-client marketing, and opportunities to improve website conversion and SEO..

What You Bring

- Proven experience in marketing, digital content, social media, graphic design, or a related field..
- Strong creative skills, particularly in graphic design and short-form video editing..




- Experience with paid advertising, email/lifecycle marketing, content creation, funnels, or webinar marketing..
- Strong English communication and the ability to turn ideas, trends, and research into compelling content..
- A self-starter mindset — proactive, curious, independent, quality-focused, and comfortable learning new tools and industries..
