Full-Time Recruiter – Remote

We are looking for a full-time recruiter to support our hiring process and help us find strong candidates for different roles within our company.

Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and social media.
- Contact candidates and manage follow-ups.
- Screen applicants and review basic qualifications.
- Schedule interviews with the hiring team.
- Keep the recruiting pipeline organized.
- Track candidates, responses, interviews, and hiring progress.
- Support recruiting for different roles such as sales, operations, project management, admin, and contractors.

Requirements:

- Previous recruiting or talent acquisition experience.




- Strong English communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work full-time on U.S. Eastern Time.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, or recruiting platforms is a plus.

Location:
Remote – Colombia or Buenos Aires preferred.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, U.S. Eastern Time.
