Description
We are seeking a HubSpot Developer to own the technical configuration and ongoing improvement of a HubSpot environment. This person will build marketing, CRM, sales, and service workflows while supporting integrations, reporting, data quality, and platform users.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage HubSpot architecture, data models, permissions, and governance.
- Build marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurture campaigns.
- Configure Service Hub ticketing, SLAs, knowledge base, surveys, and service automation.
- Configure CRM objects, pipelines, deal stages, properties, and data mapping.
- Create reports, dashboards, and attribution models.
- Evaluate integrations, troubleshoot platform issues, and manage configuration changes.
- Document solutions, train users,



and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

- At least six years of HubSpot experience and HubSpot Inbound Certification.
- Expert knowledge of Marketing Hub, Service Hub, CRM/Sales Hub, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM data models.
- Familiarity with HubSpot APIs, webhooks, and integrations is highly desired.
- Experience with testing practices; the original requisition specifies an 80% or higher coverage expectation where applicable.
- Fluent professional English, written and spoken.
