React Developer

Location: Colombia Based
Type of Work: Remote
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Description
We are seeking a React Developer to build and maintain web applications. This role combines front-end development with backend services, API integrations, database work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities and Duties

- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Develop backend functionality using Node.js and/or .NET Core.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and authentication providers.
- Work with PostgreSQL and apply established software design patterns.
- Test, debug, troubleshoot, and improve application code.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, business analysts, and QA teams.

Requirements





- More than five years of professional software development experience.
- Hands-on experience with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Next.js.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, JWT, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with AWS, version control, and Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
- Professional English proficiency at a minimum B1/B2 level.

Skills

- React.js, Next.js, Node.js 18, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- PostgreSQL, RESTful APIs, and JWT.
- Git or comparable version control tools; Babel, Webpack, and NPM.
- Backend development with Node.js and/or .NET Core.
- MoQ, NUnit, or other unit testing experience is a plus.
