We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our Data & Reporting Team in Bogota, Colombia. The Junior Data Analyst will be a core driver of our day-to-day operations, taking end-to-end ownership of essential data deliverables and establishing themselves as a trusted source of business insights across the organization. Operating at the heart of our data ecosystem, you will work side-by-side with senior team members, gaining hands-on exposure to advanced data architecture, database engineering, and cloud infrastructure optimization. We are looking for a sharp, logical problem-solver who is eager to learn and adapt to our unique ecosystem while collaborating with cross-functional teams across San Francisco, New York, India, and Indonesia.
No prior finance background or complex technical specialization is required.
