Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Selection Process: Lead and ensure the recruitment and selection processes, generating strategies for attracting candidates, through the search for alliances and the use of specialized tools, which guarantee the pre-selection of resumes that meet the requirements demanded by the company.
- Guarantee 100% of the required personnel, considering the requests of the projects/staff, according to the vacancies and profiles requested.
- Ensure compliance with each of the phases of the process evidenced in the procedure in accordance with the guidelines established by the company.
- Onboarding of New Employees to the Workforce Management Platform: Creation of new employees on the Oracle platform in accordance with company guidelines.
- Job Profiles: Responsible for the creation of job profiles for specific projects, and accompaniment in the updating or creation of job profiles for base personnel.
- Public Employment Service: Guarantee compliance with current regulations for companies in the Hydrocarbons sector, making the publication of vacancies through authorized platforms and ensuring that the process is carried out completely in accordance with the stipulations of the associated decrees.
- Reports and audits: Preparation of weekly or monthly reports as applicable, to evidence the status of the processes and pertinent information both in the engineering area, as well as in projects and at the regional level.
- Presentation of audits in the processes concerning recruitment and selection.
- Champion HR policy expertise HR: Act as a reference person on HR policies, providing guidance and nuanced interpretations to our group. Support managers and employees in training with clear, actionable information that fosters a productive and compliant work environment.
- Drive continuous HR innovation HR: Dynamically collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve HR processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Be a catalyst for positive change,
constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness in HR operations.
- Cultivate strong leadership relationships: Build and nurture credible partnerships with frontline and mid-level leaders through unwavering trust, seamless collaboration, and effective communication.
- Position itself as an indispensable strategic partner to drive the success of the organization.
- Deliver impactful HR training HR: Support in the design and facilitation of dynamic HR training sessions and presentations.
- Engage your audience with interactive and informative content that drives understanding and adoption of HR best practices.
- In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization. The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their professional development.
Your knowledge/skills, education, and experience:
Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
- Professional in Psychology, Business Administration or Related Careers.
- Specialization in Human Talent Management, Human Talent Management or similar.
- More than 8 years of experience in Human Talent /2 of them desirable in Oil&Gas.;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Communication:
- Excellent command of the English and Spanish language in both oral and written communication and skills.
Behavior/ Core Competencies:
- Able to step back and have a strategic perspective but also able to drive and complete day to day tasks.
- Excellent relationship management and influencing skills with a focus on delivering value added client experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
