TalentClout is hiring a Cold Email Specialist to own the full cold email engine for 10+ B2B client accounts.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to control everything that drives results: the sending setup, the lead lists and the copy. Your success will be measured in qualified positive replies and meetings booked, not opens or clicks.

THE GOAL

Reach 3+ qualified positive replies per account per week (30+ per week across 10 accounts) within your first 90 days.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Buy and set up domains and inboxes in Google Workspace and Outlook
- Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC and manage inbox warm-up
- Monitor deliverability, including bounces, spam placement and blacklists
- Build lead lists in Apollo and enrich and personalize them in Clay
- Write and test short, personalized email sequences




- Deliver a weekly performance report every Monday to the Director of Cold Email

REQUIREMENTS

- 3+ years of hands-on B2B cold email experience
- Experience with Instantly, EmailBison or Smartlead (or a similar platform) – required
- Experience building sending infrastructure yourself – required
- Working knowledge of Apollo and Clay
- Advanced written English (C1 or higher)
- Availability for at least 4 hours of daily overlap with EST (Miami)

NICE TO HAVE

- Agency experience managing 5+ client accounts at the same time
- Proven results in positive replies and meetings booked
