Manager / Senior Manager – Business Excellence & Operations (Remote)
(VP of Operations Track)
We are an early-stage tech startup building an innovative AI-powered SaaS platform for remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) therapy. Our solution combines real-time video streaming, IoT device integration, and advanced AI to deliver scalable, high-quality remote behavioral therapy and data-driven insights.

Role Summary
We are seeking a high-impact operations leader with a builder mindset to drive operational excellence and scale our organization.
This role is designed for someone who has built and scaled operations from the ground up—such as launching a BPO account, startup, or new business unit—and understands how to take operations from setup → stabilization → optimization → growth.
You will play a critical role in designing, scaling, and optimizing operations, with a clear pathway to Head/VP of Operations as the organization grows.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Scale Operations
- Lead the development and scaling of operational functions—from recruitment, onboarding, and process design to stable, high-performing operations
- Establish scalable systems, workflows, and structures to support business growth
2. Operational Strategy & Execution
- Translate business goals into operational strategies and execution plans
- Drive initiatives that improve efficiency, service quality, and scalability
3. Performance Ownership
- Own and drive key operational metrics (productivity, quality, turnaround time, utilization)
- Design and implement KPIs, dashboards, and performance scorecards
4. Continuous Improvement
- Lead organization-wide improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that deliver measurable impact
5. Forecasting & Capacity Planning
- Anticipate growth, staffing needs,
and operational risks through data-driven forecasting
- Ensure the organization is equipped to scale sustainably
6. Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Operations leaders and supervisors to drive accountability and performance
- Influence stakeholders across functions to align on operational priorities
7. Reporting & Executive Communication
- Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Must have experience in US Healthcare.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in operations, business excellence, or process improvement
- Proven experience in building and scaling operations (BPO, startup, or new business unit)
- Demonstrated success taking operations from launch to stable, high-performing state
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Operational Excellence: Strong background in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Data & Analytics: Ability to translate data into insights, build KPIs, and drive performance decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change
- Strong ability to align teams and influence decisions at multiple levels
- Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar credentials
- Self-driven, highly organized, and effective in a distributed work environment

- Do you have the required experience for BPO Healthcare US clients/companies (California) managing full spectrum of healthcare practices, provisions and policy making minimum of 5 yrs US personnel?
- • How many years of work experience do you have with Microsoft Office in particular MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, basic and advance levels?
- • Will you be available to work Monday to Friday, following Pacific Standard time (PST), 5am-6pm must complete 10hrs work, with 60 mins unpaid break each day- 2 restdays per week, 200 hrs/month?
- • Do you have appropriate setup for remote work contract, requirement of noise cancelling headset, camera microphone, MS Office, processor i3 to i5 (5yrs less manufacture), above 8 GB RAM, 100 GB HDD storage
- • Do you have your own equipment (computer or laptop) internet must be stable at above 50 MBPS, good lighting, space must be quiet and presentable to work from home setup?
- • Do you have the exposure, to work with US companies BPO-Healthcare, Logistics, Trucking & Customer Services Management in managing human capital and talent development
