Job Summary:

We are looking for a Group Product Manager – Advisory to lead a portfolio of products and a team of Product Managers within our LATAM nearshore hub.

This is a player-coach role that combines hands-on product management with team leadership. You will translate business and service-line priorities into product strategies, roadmaps, and solutions that can be delivered at scale.

You will work closely with Engineering, Data, Design, and Advisory leaders across areas such as Transactions, Transformation, Cyber & Risk, BPO/Managed Services, and AI & Data.

Although the role supports the US Advisory roadmap, you will work with general stakeholders to ensure products and capabilities can scale across regions.

Responsibilities:

Product Management

- Own the roadmap, backlog, and delivery for a group of capabilities within the Advisory product portfolio.
- Lead products from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Define clear problem statements, product requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, business value, and available resources.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to plan delivery, manage dependencies, and maintain quality.

Team Leadership

- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Establish strong standards for product discovery, prioritization, documentation, and delivery.
- Lead the team's product operating rhythm, including planning, reviews, prioritization, and stakeholder updates.
- Help Product Managers grow their skills and take greater ownership of their products.

Stakeholder & Business Partnership

- Act as a product partner for one or more Advisory service lines.
- Translate business and commercial objectives into clear product outcomes.
- Partner with US-based Product and Advisory leadership to align priorities and roadmap decisions.
- Build strong relationships with Engineering, Data, Design, and other cross-functional teams.





Global Product Development

- Design products with general requirements and scalability in mind.
- Partner with the Global Product Lead and international stakeholders on shared standards, dependencies, and opportunities for reuse.
- Help ensure products can scale globally rather than requiring separate solutions by region.

Discovery & Measurement

- Conduct customer and internal stakeholder discovery to understand business and user needs.
- Work with delivery teams and clients to validate product opportunities.
- Define success metrics and track adoption, quality, and business value.
- Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve the product portfolio.

Skills and Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 2 years leading or mentoring Product Managers.
- Proven experience delivering B2B, enterprise software, or platform products from concept through launch.
- Strong experience with product discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, and roadmap management.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Data teams.
- Experience incorporating AI / GenAI capabilities into products.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including D365, Azure, or Fabric, is a plus.
- Experience using modern rapid-prototyping tools such as Cursor, Replit, Lovable, or similar platforms.
- Experience working in a distributed or nearshore delivery model.
- Fluent professional English, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders across LATAM and the US.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience in Advisory, consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology.
- Exposure to transactions and due diligence, risk and compliance, transformation/ERP, or managed services.
- Experience working with shared platforms, data platforms, or products supporting multiple business lines.
- Experience working with global product teams and cross-regional stakeholders.
