SPOT — the Solutions Partner Operations Team — is the operational backbone of HubSpot's Solutions Partner Program. We're the team that makes sure partners get paid accurately and on time, that payment questions get resolved quickly, and that new program pilots have the operational infrastructure they need to land cleanly.
What You'll Do
Commissions Pipeline
Own your share of the commissions pipeline — processing partner payments accurately, on cadence, and without errors. You'll work through the full payment cycle, cross-checking data across systems, catching discrepancies before they become partner-facing issues, and keeping your queue current.



Consistency and accuracy matter here more than speed; partners trust that their commissions are right, and you'll be part of keeping that trust.
Payment Inquiries & Partner Support
Serve as a point of contact for payment-related questions from partners and internal stakeholders. When a payment inquiry comes in, you'll own it — investigating the issue, coordinating with Finance where needed, communicating clearly with the partner or PDM, and closing it out. You won't pass questions along and wait; you'll drive them to resolution.
Manual Pilot Support
When SPOT takes on a new program pilot, there's almost always a manual operational layer that needs to be built before automation catches up. You'll be the person who owns that layer — mapping out every step, executing it accurately, flagging gaps as they surface, and helping document the process so it can be handed off or automated over time. You're comfortable with ambiguity and you know how to build structure where none exists yet
