Role Overview
Job Duck is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for callers while providing consistent support to a busy professional team. The primary focus of this role is answering and returning phone calls, connecting callers with the appropriate person, and helping ensure every interaction is handled clearly and professionally. This opportunity is idóneo for someone who enjoys receptionist work, takes pride in being available for the team, and can deliver reliable service during both quiet and high-volume periods.



Through thoughtful communication and timely follow-up, this individual will help create a positive experience for every caller.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM [EST][EDT] (United States of America)
Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:
- Transferring calls to the appropriate team member or department
- Returning phone calls in a timely manner
- Directing prospective client calls to the intake team when appropriate
- Gathering initial information from callers before transferring them
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate calendar information
- Following up by phone with existing clients
- Using RingCentral for telephone communications
- Using Google Email, Calendar, Chat, and video tools for daily communication and scheduling
- Maintaining dependable attendance and remaining available to answer calls throughout scheduled working hours
