The Auctus Group LLC is seeking a dependable Level 1 Help Desk Technician to provide first-line IT support across operations, billing, reporting, and leadership teams. You’ll troubleshoot common issues, manage user accounts, and support remote employees while upholding HIPAA and security standards.
Preferred candidates have 1–3 years in IT support, strong Microsoft 365 and Windows/macOS know-how, and solid communication skills.
