We are currently on the lookout for a new Virtual Assistant to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 Workplace Everywhere
- Enter, update, and maintain data with accuracy and efficiency.
- Validate, cleanse, and organize large volumes of business data.
- Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Maintain data quality by following established standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with integral teams to support data-related initiatives.
- Monitor records and identify discrepancies for timely resolution.
- Meet productivity targets while maintaining exceptional accuracy.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- 1-2 years of data entry or related experience.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Experience with data management software, including Microsoft Access.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry best practices.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or similar query languages.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage large datasets and meet deadlines.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- 1-2 years of data entry or related experience.
