Alignerr is seeking Software Engineers for Cúcuta to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code. You will write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide expert-level feedback to make AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable.

This is a fully remote, hourly contract role offering adaptable hours (10–40 hours/week). If you can write clean code and explain your reasoning, we want to hear from you.
