bridging their vision with available solutions and capabilitiesLead the process of aligning decisions between internal and client teams to ensure successful implementationDevelop and advocate for engineering best practices that support ongoing improvements in quality and productivityRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline, or equivalent advanced certificationAt least 8 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator rolesA minimum of one year of experience managing a team of 20 or more employeesAt least 5 full-cycle project experiences, or participation across several projects spanning different phases of the development lifecycleProven history of delivering complete software solutions within highly complex, distributed environmentsStrong background and recent hands-on experience in Software Delivery Management and Solution ArchitectureDemonstrated experience working with sophisticated Digital systems and componentsExperience collaborating with senior-level stakeholders at the VP level and aboveSolid project or program management skills within a highly technical environmentThorough grasp of planning, resourcing, and delivering large-scale technical projects, including knowledge of User Experience Design components such as design systems/frameworks, user research, accessibility,
