Will support across marketing, content, social media, PR, business
development, research, outreach, and general marketing coordination.
The role is intended to help the team execute consistently, stay organized, identify growth
opportunities, and support Stacey and management with day-to-day marketing and business
development activities.
Core Roles & Responsibilities
Social Media & Content
- Create and maintain the social media/content calendar.
- Coordinate and schedule approved content across Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist with social media engagement and follower growth.
- Organize and maintain digital content and brand assets.

Off-Site SEO & Visibility
- Focus primarily on off-site SEO opportunities that can improve companies authority, discoverability, and backlink profile.
- Research relevant websites, publications, blogs, directories, and other credible sources where company or Stacey can be featured, quoted, listed, or contribute content.
- Identify article submission, guest contribution, expert commentary, and backlink




- Research what people are discussing across Google, Reddit, Substack, social media, and relevant communities to identify topics company should engage with or create content around.
- Support outreach and follow-up related to off-site SEO and backlink opportunities.
- Assist with occasional website content research or blog support when needed, but this will not be the primary focus of the role.

PR, Podcasts & Founder Visibility
- Research PR opportunities and assist with press outreach.
- Support press release development and media coordination.
- Research and conduct outreach to relevant podcasts.
- Identify potential interview guests for Stacey.
- Research speaking opportunities, panels, conferences, and industry events.

Brand Collaborations & Partnerships
- Identify complementary brands for potential collaborations.
- Research collaboration concepts and opportunities.
- Conduct approved outrea
