About the role:





The Director of People and Culture is a member of the Executive Leadership Team and plays a key role in shaping the strategic and operational direction of the hotels. As Director of People & Culture, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across both Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá and Four Seasons Casa Medina Bogotá, partnering closely with leadership teams to drive business results, develop talent, and create an exceptional employee experience.

In collaboration with the General Manager and the Hotel Planning Committee (Executive Leadership Team), you will develop and execute People & Culture strategies that align with the hotels' current and future business priorities, fostering strong communication, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization.
