Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a senior UI Systems Designer to own how client design systems are built for US projects, working remotely from Latin America. You will establish tokens, variables, modes, and core components that feed a scalable build pipeline with precision.

This role is senior and systems-first, not one-off pages or maintenance. You will stand up new systems quickly, across several client brands, ensuring consistency and rigor from the start.
